ACCOMMODATIONS

• Range For Basic Room & Board: $2,700 - $3,300
• All rooms are private and price is based on room size
• *add $1,415 for additional person*

BASIC ROOM & BOARD INCLUDE

Three Meals Daily, Weekly Housekeeping, Daily Activities, Amenities, Security, 24 hour Staffing, 24 hour nurse on call, weekly laundering of linens, all utilities except phone.

PERSONAL CARE FEES

Personal care fees are in addition to basic room & board if needed. This is determined by the applicant’s interview with the Hickman Resident Care Manger. Personal care can include assistance with bathing, dressing, incontinence care, medical oversight & escorting to/from meals/activities.

• MEDICATION MANAGEMENT $280/month
• LEVEL 1 (ABOUT ½ HOUR PER DAY OF PERSONAL CARE)...$525/month
• LEVEL 2 (ABOUT 1 HOUR PER DAY OF PERSONAL CARE)...$1,050/month
• LEVEL 3 (ABOUT 2 HOURS PER DAY OF PERSONAL CARE)...$2,100/month
• PERSONAL LAUNDRY FEE (OPTIONAL & INCLUDES WEEKLY LAUNDRY SERVICE)...$75/month

ONE TIME COMMUNITY FEES

• SINGLE OCCUPANCY: $3,000
• DOUBLE OCCUPANCY: $3,500
