Apply for Residency

Dear Friend,

Thank you for your interest in The Hickman Friends Senior Community of West Chester! We are proud to offer older individuals the opportunity to seek the richness of life’s possibilities.

Enclosed you will find some publications which will acquaint you with The Hickman’s programs and services. We hope that after reviewing this information you will schedule a personal tour of our campus and enjoy a complimentary lunch with our residents!

Should you desire to apply for residency , you will find an application and schedule of charges attached.  As a final step in the admissions process, we will arrange an interview for you with our Personal Care Administrator. This will help us determine the level of care services, if any, which you would require upon admission.

Applications will be reviewed and processed in the order they are received. If the application is approved and an appropriate unit has been selected, a move in can be scheduled on a mutually approved date pending payment of the community fee.

In the event that availability at The Hickman is limited at the time of application submission, your name will be placed on our waiting list along with your desired time frame for admission.

Please contact us at 484-760-6300 to discuss any aspect of your anticipated move. We understand that multiple questions and concerns arise during this process and are available to help you navigate the process.

Again, thank you for your interest in The Hickman. We look forward to welcoming you!
