October 9, 2009 will mark the sixth year of the Art of Caring Event! Building on the success of the past five years, we are planning an incredible evening of fun, fine food, entertainment and a live and silent auction featuring distinctive and unique items. Artists, galleries, volunteers and prospective guests agree that The Hickman’s Art of Caring 2009 auction promises to be the best ever! The Live Auction will feature a “Large Framed Mirror” individually painted and interpreted by beloved and highly collected regional artists. These are exceptional pieces which will be prized for years to come by the lucky winners!
Mirrors will be displayed July – September 2009. Locations include galleries, professional firms, banks, businesses and associations throughout the Greater West Chester area. Please take a look at the Mirrors, read about the Artists and visit the mirrors in person!
Proceeds from the Art of Caring will support planning and implementing of The Hickman Expansion.
